Administer medication and observe and document therapeutic effects
Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care
Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy

عامل جدیدی به نام ادغام در بازار کار (Labour Market Integration) جای امتیاز سابقه کار در کانادا را می‌گیرد.
سابقه کار در کانادا در یک شغل پردرآمد، ۲۰، ۴۰ یا ۷۰ امتیاز به امتیاز مدت کار اضافه می‌کند.
پیشنهاد شغلی در یک شغل پردرآمد ۵۰، ۷۰ یا ۱۰۰ امتیاز دارد و دیگر به LMIA نیازی نیست.
این دو مسیر با هم جمع نمی‌شوند. مسیری که امتیاز بیشتری دارد حساب می‌شود: حداکثر ۱۵۰ امتیاز (با همسر ۱۴۰).
تا دو هفته، در مدتی که IRCC امتیاز همه پروفایل‌ها را دوباره حساب می‌کند، دعوت‌نامه‌ای صادر نمی‌شود.
