- پیشنهاد شغلی در یک شغل پردرآمد ۵۰، ۷۰ یا ۱۰۰ امتیاز دارد و دیگر به LMIA نیازی نیست.
- این دو مسیر با هم جمع نمی‌شوند. مسیری که امتیاز بیشتری دارد حساب می‌شود: حداکثر ۱۵۰ امتیاز (با همسر ۱۴۰).
